ISO: Help in Hiding Veggies, Meat

Becca is absolutely refusing vegetables. And meat. She's sort of taking after her mom: all carbs, fruit, and cheese. And even though I've written parenting articles on similar subjects, I only have one or two recipes for hiding vegetables and absolutely zero for hiding meats. And umm, I don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. (Okay, full disclosure, I also really, really don't want to have to buy Jerry Seinfeld's wife's cookbook. Ugh.)

So if you, or anyone you know, have any ideas for outsmarting a really, really finicky one-year-old, I welcome the input. Because carrot cake can't be her sole source of vegetables.

it's a phase.

both my girls went through it: started out a 1 year simply nursing and eating nothing but fruits and vegtables. mind, not ALL veggies or fruits, but sinc ethe main sustenance was still mama's milk, it seemed harless enough. and their taste buds change so quick! it seems like i was feeding the eldest nothing but 18 varieties of cheese and then, bam, no more cheese. at all. fone. finto, over with. now it's all yogurt all day. her little sister is still in the cheese phase...

thrings branch out before the 2s, when they've (normally) gotr most/all of their teeth. both of our girls were eating bbq brisket at that age...if it was well cooked and falvored right...
